Baz is an advocate for innovation and has over 8 years’ experience in project management, event management, building long-lasting strategic partnership and customer services roles. She has also achieved several awards such as “The British Citizen Award”, “Honorary Award” and “Excellence in Customer Engagement Award” for delivering commendable customer services and high-quality Virtual and face-to-face events.
At APSCo, Baz will be supporting the development, delivery of, and member engagement with, global and international services and events. In her previous role as Engagement and Events Manager, she has supported the development of a five-year customer strategy and grew company’s annual events programme substantially; incorporating international entertainment, reaching record numbers of engagement, and collaborating with key organisations to maximise value for money and reach.
