Legal & Compliance Helpdesks

We have selected the employment team of leading lawyers Rajah & Tann to deliver this service to our members. Rajah & Tann are an APSCo Affiliate Member and one of the largest full-service law firms in Asia with a team of over 800 fee earners across ten jurisdictions, and a wealth of experience working with the recruitment sector.

The Helpdesks are available from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm local time, Monday to Friday. The turnaround target is 24 hours, and you will receive up to 20 minutes of free specialist advice.

Please note that our helpdesks cannot cover complex, ongoing issues, tax issues, review of contracts, correspondence, or written advice. If your issue does not fall within the scope of the legal helpdesk, you may want to enter into a commercial agreement with your own solicitors or with one of our specialist affiliate members.
