Nina Alag Suri, X0PA

Nina Alag Suri, is the Founder and CEO of X0PA AI. Before X0PA, she has founded multiple start-ups and been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years. Born and raised in India, Nina has lived and worked in over 9 countries. She is an Electronics Engineer by qualification and a self-declared geek at heart. Her previous organisation Nastrac Group was a traditional search firm, and it was through running it she realised the inefficiencies and biases in hiring processes and founded X0PA AI to address these with the power of data, AI and automation. Nina has been endowed with multiple awards for her entrepreneurship and innovation. X0PA operates globally from its 4 offices across APAC, India, UK and UAE. The company recently closed its Series A round with a diverse set of Venture Capitalists across the globe.

Meghna Kumar, LinkedIn

Meghna works at LinkedIn Singapore, and leads the Large Enterprise Sales business for Asia. She has spent a decade at LinkedIn across five roles, managing regional teams. Prior to LinkedIn she has spent ten years in recruitment, working for headhunting firms across India, Singapore and London. Originally from India, she has spent the last 17 years in London and Singapore and has done her MBA from INSEAD in Singapore. By virtue of working in the Sales organisation in a hyper-growing internet company, she has the privilege to meet and work with executives from different industries across the world and more recently focused in Singapore. This gives her a birds eye view into evolving business mega, workplace, and talent trends.
